- Liza S Added August 08, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My family member arrived at Greenslopes Private Emergency Centre on Monday morning with acute shortness of breath. After waiting hours for a CT scan and the results they were advised they would be admitted for further testing. How appalling to have to wait with my family member in the corridor outside the kitchen. I had to ask if they could have something to eat and drink as they hadn’t eaten all day. This is a ‘private’ hospital... where was the privacy and dignity as my family member lay on a bed in the corridor? Why should they have to pay for this service? On Tuesday they should have had all the tests required for a diagnosis and management of symptoms but today is Thursday and they are still waiting for test results. That’s almost 4 days waiting for tests and a diagnosis! This is unacceptable for a private hospital! Do not admit patients if you don’t have the capacity and resources to diagnose patients in a timely manner. No wonder there are bed shortages!

- Connie Withrington Added July 24, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★I recently had to have surgery and spend a night at the hospital. The staff and facilities were absolutely wonderful. I was so well looked after. Thank you to all of the staff, from the Concierge, orderly, nurses and surgeon.

Some of the moaners leaving less than flattering reviews need to consider for one moment that there are many patients to look after and some have higher needs that others.
I found my care and treatment exceptional.
