My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress and she was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Rita listened to my husbands concerns regarding his back injury and was confident and caring in her approach. It was so refreshing to have a sales person who genuinely cared about the outcome of our well-being and not just the sale. We're glad we came into the store!
